Tina Hurd
Provisionally Licensed Therapist, MSW, PLMHP, PCMSW
Tina is a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Master Social Worker (MSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Nebraska Wesleyan University, completing her graduate studies in 2024.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes each individual is the expert of their own life and strives to create a supportive nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based practices, she helps clients identify strengths, develop healthy skills, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and move toward their personal goals with confidence and purpose.
Outside of her professional role, she enjoys attending concerts, following sports, camping, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. Tina values the importance of connection, balance, and creating meaningful experiences, principles that also guide her work with clients.
