Maddie Pieper

Maddie is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner practicing in Lincoln, Nebraska. Maddie graduated from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. In 2025, Maddie earned a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln.
Maddie takes a client-centered, relational approach to therapy and is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative space where individuals feel truly seen and heard. Maddie specializes in working with adults, children, teens and couples navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges and life transitions. She welcomes individuals from all walks of life into her practice and is dedicated to offering inclusive, evidence-based care.
Maddie naturally gravitates toward Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and enjoys integrating mindfulness-based practices and somatic interventions into her work, supporting clients in deepening their awareness of the mind-body connection. As a certified yoga teacher, Maddie brings a grounded and embodied perspective to the therapeutic process. She is also trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method for couple’s therapy.
