Her evidence-based approach integrates elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and a Humanistic approach.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and staying active with her two dogs. She finds joy in creative hobbies like painting and crocheting, as well as nurturing her plants. Lauren also loves exploring new recipes in the kitchen and finding inspiration through reading.
