Hayden Wallace

Provisionally Licensed Therapist, MSE, PLMHP

Hayden is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner. Hayden graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an Emphasis of Sport. In 2024, Hayden graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. While maintaining her education, Hayden played collegiate soccer at the Division 1 and Division 2 level.

Before joining Wellspring, Hayden was a Mental Health Counselor at Northeast Community College. During this time, she gained experience working closely with the student and athletic population in Norfolk. Hayden uses a variety of therapeutic strategies to enhance the skills, goals, and needs of her clients. Hayden utilizes a person-centered and humanistic approach while adding Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and relaxation therapy. Hayden enjoys working in individual settings, group settings, and with athletic teams. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with family and friends, being in nature, thrifting, and staying active in sports or the gym.
