Hannah primarily has experience working with anxiety disorders, major life transitions, depression, self-esteem/body image, and interpersonal/relationship concerns. She utilizes a wide range of therapeutic techniques, but primarily considers herself Person-Centered, with the main goal of creating a space where individuals can explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or beliefs in authentic and safe ways. Hannah combines coping skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy (DBT), and Narrative-based approaches. She aims to provide services in a calm and welcoming environment for all clients, focusing on meeting clients where they are to help them where they want to go. She accomplishes this by developing a positive therapeutic relationship and helping clients to develop a sense of strength and resilience as they begin their journey in therapy. Hannah works with adults (18+).
Outside of the office you can usually find Hannah next to a volleyball court either coaching, officiating, or playing. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, but most importantly her dog, Willow and cat, Bubba!
