Brian is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and a provisionally licensed alcohol and drug counselor practicing in Lincoln, Nebraska. Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. In 2023, Brian earned a Master of Arts degree in mental health counseling from Doane University.
Brian has had the privilege of working with a diverse client population, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, anger problems, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), problematic sexual behavior, career challenges, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). His expertise lies in men’s issues, substance use issues, anxiety disorders, and existential or philosophical concerns.
Brian approaches therapy from a holistic perspective, and he recognizes the unique journey each person is on. His primary therapeutic modalities include rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) and existential therapy, however, he is adaptable in his approach, and frequently integrates other evidence-based approaches to meet the specific needs and preferences of his clients.
