Angela Lane
Provisionally Licensed Therapist, MSW, PCMSW, PLMHP
Angela is a provisionally licensed mental health provider and social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from George Fox University in 2020 and her Master of Social Work from Fort Hays State University in 2026.
Before joining the team at Wellspring, Angela worked with a diverse range of clients, including older adults, adults, adolescents, and children. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, personality disorders, life transitions, and a variety of other emotional and behavioral concerns. Earlier in her career, she served as a case manager in Oregon, partnering with children and families to build stability, resilience, and lasting support.
Angela utilizes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing(MI), and other interventions tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. She believes in meeting clients where they are and creating an individualized treatment approach that fosters growth, healing, and resilience.
Angela is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss. She believes healing happens through a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to process difficult experiences while building practical skills to move forward with confidence and hope.
Angela also enjoys helping clients strengthen communication skills and build healthier relationships. Whether navigating conflict with a partner, improving family dynamics, setting healthy boundaries, managing anxiety, or learning to express thoughts and emotions more effectively, she works collaboratively with clients to develop skills that support healthier relationships and lasting change.
Angela believes every person has the capacity for growth and resilience. Her goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, discovering their strengths, and developing practical tools to improve their emotional well-being and quality of life.
Outside of the therapy office, Angela enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, daughter, and their pets.
