Lindsey entered the helping profession in 2014 as a graduate of the Human Services program at Southeast Community College. She attended Doane University for her Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and went on to graduate with her Master of Arts in Counseling, in 2022.

Lindsey has experience in diverse community settings and has worked with both adults and youth with various mental health concerns. Lindsey will be pursuing EMDR certification in the near future and has experience with all of her service areas.

Lindsey emphasizes a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to counseling and strives to create a space where clients feel honored in who they are and who they want to be. Lindsey values meeting clients where they are at while empowering them to take steps in moving toward their best self. Within the counseling setting, Lindsey utilizes a collaborative approach as clients define what growth looks like and how they may get there.

Outside of the office, Lindsey lives her best life by going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and anything that involves laughter!
